Job Title: HR Systems Analyst Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP45,000 Location: Preston Hybrid: 2-3 days in office per week. What you #39;ll do: Examine and enhance current systems to improve efficiency. Address reporting needs pertaining to human resources systems. Assess and deploy new system solutions. Draft project documentation and technical specifications. Oversee system access and permissions, ensuring adherence to regulations. Ensure system compliance with GDPR regulations and perform data cleansing. Collaborate with partners on system development and testing. Develop training materials and offer user assistance. Act as the primary point of contact for system-related issues. Track system adoption rates and report on them. Assist with project efforts aimed at enhancing processes. Maintain confidentiality and ensure legal compliance. Uphold safety and quality standards throughout all procedures. Fulfil responsibilities to employees and others.
