Look no further, our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Temporary Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Wakefield! #x1F64C; #x1F4CD; Location: Wakefield, free onsite parking #x1F550; When: Starting ASAP #x1F4C6; How long: For 2-3 Months initially #x1F4B7; How much: GBP12 per hour + Office Angels benefits and holiday pay #x23F0; Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 4:45pm - Part time also considered! In this role, you will be an essential part of the Customer Service Team, where your confidence and fast-paced skills will thrive! Your main responsibilities will include: Issuing and providing documentation to homeowners to assist them with their new homes Accurately inputting data into the customer service operating system Handling incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and accurate information entry Assisting the Customer Service Team with any necessary administrative tasks. To be the perfect fit for this opportunity, here is what you #39;ll need: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel to ensure efficient document creation and data management Experience in a fast-paced environment to hit the ground running without hesitation Excellent administration skills to keep things organised and running smoothly Understanding the importance of client and company confidentiality, maintaining professional discretion at all times.
