GDC Registered Lead Dental Nurse required in Balham, London to start ASAP, GBP16/GBP17ph,Full Time Private Practice Job Setting My lovely client located in Balham is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care and dental services while demonstrating leadership abilities and ensuring compliance across their practice. This role is primarily based at their Balham practice, a thriving private dental clinic. However, the successful candidate will also be required to assist with compliance duties at their Putney location. While the main focus is in Balham, occasional visits to Putney will be necessary to ensure compliance standards are maintained across both sites. What we are looking for! Position: Lead Dental Nurse Employment Term: Perm - FT Type: Private Days:Mon-Fri Hours:8:30-6pm Dental Software:SOE Dentistry: General / Implants / Invisalign / Whitening / Restorative / Paediatrics Salary: GBP16/GBP17ph (depending on experience) Essential:SOE knowledge Start date: ASAP This role is mainly based at Balham but will help with compliance at their other site in Putney Requirements: Must have lead nurse experience of a minimum of 1/2 years Must have cross infection control lead certificate and experience Must have experience of training apprenticeship nurses Leadership and Manager experience CQC and compliance knowledge / audits/ checklists Rota and HR awareness / able to hold 121/ end probation meetings Use of digital software- compliance tools, and CRM Must have SOE software experience Have a great command of the English language (written and spoken) Job Ref CC90378 If you meet the requirements and are eager to take on a leadership role in a dynamic dental practice, we invite you to apply for this position!
