Job Role - RGN _Band 5 Responsibilities: - Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles - Perform comprehensive assessments of patients #39; health status and develop individualized care plans - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or authorized prescribers - Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care - Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, and self-care techniques - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation Requirements: - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of {location} - Bachelor #39;s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred - Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology - Proficient in medication administration and dosage calculations - Excellent clinical assessment skills and ability to prioritize patient care - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
