We will be looking for you to take ownership of the day to day running of the distribution, completing pre de briefs, reviewing activity and amending routes around changes/issues, ensuring that all drivers are complying with Roads Transport Compliance and Health Safety. Our vehicles use TVG to ensure that our drivers are driving in safe, compliant and a proper manner and you will be responsible to monitor and manage anyone that is not adhering to the policy, downloading and reviewing Tachograph logs and picking up infringements escalating where necessary. Ideally you would have 1 + years rsquo; experience in a Transport role and have the understanding of driver hours, compliance and route planning with the confidence to lead direct the team directly.
