Business Development Manager Blackburn, Preston, Blackpool GBP45,000 + GBP10,000 OTE This business is looking to add a Business Development Manager in an existing territory that has a turnover of 1Million. The role would be responsible for 60% Account Management and 40% New Business. You will have a defined territory which includes Blackburn, Preston and Blackpool. The role is remote, and field based. Ideally you will be from a Technical/Engineering background. As a business Development Manager your duties will include: Managing Key Accounts in a defined territory Developing New Business Opportunities Planning workload effectively to ensure customer satisfaction is obtained. Working towards the budget set by the business Reporting KPI rsquo;s to management and updating the CRM system to achieve a clear record. Tendering for business opportunities to company price guidelines Using your consultative selling experience to obtain information and make suggestions for customers. Attend business meeting to discuss opportunities and resources required. Communicate with internal departments for customer order fulfilments. Update customers on orders and manage the relationship to obtain repeat business opportunities. Identify upselling opportunities and cross selling. What rsquo;s in it for you.
