Deputy nursing home manager

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead to work for a small-sized care home group in one of their flagship homes. They require a passionate individual to help manage their clinical operations and ensure the provision of high-quality care. You #39;ll enjoy a yearly salary of up to GBP48,000 and a supportive work environment. With a Good CQC rating, this wonderful service offers residential, nursing, dementia, palliative, respite, and physical disability care for 46 individuals. They give expert care and support for various conditions such as Parkinson rsquo;s disease, stroke, heart and chest-related problems, reduced mobility, and dementia.
