Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator (Residential Lettings) role will include: Previous residential lettings experience essential Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills High level of customer service skills Great telephone manner and positive attitude Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated Knowledge of the Tunbridge Wells area helpful Full driving license and own car essential Thoroughly professional approach to Lettings A desire to succeed!
