The Construction Project Manager Role The successful Construction Project Manager will be immersed in the fast-paced environment of hotel, leisure, and education projects, demonstrating a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and expertise. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work within a consultancy setting, providing the ideal candidate with exposure to a broad range of challenging and exciting projects. The Construction Project Manager 3-5 years of experience within a construction consultancy environment Although not essential, candidates who are on the path to becoming professionally chartered or have a keen interest in achieving professional chartership will be viewed favourably. Experience in hotel, education, or residential projects is highly desirable, with a particular emphasis on those who have managed residential projects previously. This experience will enable the Construction Project Manager to seamlessly integrate into the diverse project portfolio the consultancy manages. A proactive and dynamic approach to managing construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
