Operations manager

Our client are looking for an experienced Operations Manager on a 3 Month FTC (Outside of IR35) to join a new business within their group. Overview of role bull; To have responsibility for all aspects of production, staff and site standards. bull; Fulfilling customer service levels and ensuring production schedules are met on time. bull; Optimising product yields, minimising waste / giveaway and achieving target OEE / efficiencies. bull; To oversee successful product launches. bull; Ensuring product quality meets QAS standards agreed with customers. bull; To lead weekly and monthly reviews of site performance / P+L with IFG leadership team. Key Skills bull; Proven track record as Manufacturing Manager, Factory Manager or Operations Manager level within Food production environment. bull; Experience of working to BRCGS standard bull; Commercial awareness bull; Advanced Food Hygiene and HACCP Certificate bull; Experience of managing and leading teams. bull; Good standard of written and oral communication in English. bull; Knowledge of industry related Health and Safety requirements.
