They are looking to onboard several proactive and goal-oriented business development executives to bolster their outbound sales team. As a pivotal member of this team, you will spearhead the establishment of new partnerships. We #39;re seeking individuals with exceptional communication skills, resilience, and a strong work ethic. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided. Energy experience is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided. The responsibilities of the Business Development Executive: * Proactively approaching companies to book appointments for the business development managers * Utilising a variety of tech to support your outreach such as sales force, LinkedIn, sales navigator and more! * Conduct thorough research on target industries and companies to identify key decision-makers and understand their business needs * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities * Calling prospective customers and building lasting relationships * Working to targets of booking 2 appointments per week and closing 2 sales per month * Working as pat of a fast-paced and dynamic team * Keeping the CRM accurate and up to date What we are looking for from you: * A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Drive and ambition, no two days are the same in a start-up company so you must be adaptable and not afraid of change * Target driven and resilient * Relationship focused and persistent * Confident with excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with people at all levels * Proactive self-starter who can work effectively under pressure What we can offer you: * Free onsite parking * Competitive basic salary with uncapped earning potential.
