GBP30,000 - GBP32,000 DOE Permanent - Full Time - Monday to Friday 22 days holiday (Plus Bank Holidays) Summertime leave early on Fridays Clothing allowance GBP1,000 Fun Days - including sailing, paddleboarding afternoons, BBQ #39;s and Team Birthday lunchesMain Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by recording all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Process invoices, bills, and payments in a timely manner. Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded and accounted for. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies. Manage team and company expenses. Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support the finance team and the organisation.What we require from you: The ideal candidate will need to be level 4 AAT qualified or currently working towards this. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
