Accounts assistant

Pertemps Stoke are currently looking for a detail orientated individual with a strong background in accounts management. Main responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant role: Manage the sales and purchase ledger efficiently and accurately Communicate with clients and suppliers, addressing queries and maintaining strong professional relationships Process transactions and maintain meticulous records and ledgers Provide essential support to the Financial Controller in various tasks Perform other administrative duties including call handling and general office tasks Skills required for this Accounts Assistant role: Minimum of 4 years #39; experience in accounting or similar roles Working knowledge of Sage 50 Cloud is advantageous Proficiency in MS office applications Accounts qualifications are beneficial but not mandatory Strong attention to detail Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Details of this Accounts Assistant role: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm Location: Stoke-on-Trent, ST6 Salary GBP24,000 - GBP26,000 If you have the above requirements and experience, please call Steph on (phone number removed) Please ensure your CV is up to date with all relevant experience and your contact details are accurate.
