Are you looking to kick-start your career in education? GSL Education is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team in Barking and Dagenham. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic school environment. Location: Barking and Dagenham, London Position Type: Full-Time Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Long-Term Contract, 5 days a week About the Role: Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that students remain on task and engaged with their learning. Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively. Support the school in maintaining a positive learning environment and promoting high standards of student conduct. Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage classroom behaviour in a calm and assertive manner.
