Recruitment Manager ndash; Professional Services - MDE Group, Bristol, Central Salary: Up to GBP65,000 base + GBP100k OTE Working Pattern: Mon-Fri Benefits: bull; 31 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays and Christmas closure days) rising to 36 days with service bull; Hybrid working model (3 days in, 2 days remote once competent in market) bull; Overseas working opportunities bull; Uncapped commission scheme + management override bull; Cycle2work bull; Tech Scheme bull; Company Socials Events bull; Company Holiday incentives The Opportunity: Are you an experienced and dynamic billing Recruitment Manager with a background in professional services recruitment seeking a new challenge to establish your own division where you can set your own strategy and lead the direction of your team? MDE UK are seeking to expand into the Professional Services market and build out its capability to attract and place the best finance, HR, office support, marketing and back-office hires in our existing markets and to expand locally within the South West and along the M4 corridor. We would like an experienced Recruitment Manager to head up this new venture and build out a team of recruiters working with the SMT to deliver upon growth strategy for 2024 and into 2025. You can come from any background of recruitment in the commercial and professional services space, and must have a track record in establishing a new division and taking it to year-on-year growth. Responsibilities: bull; Set the strategy and direction for MDE Professional Services working with the Managing Director and Senior Management Team bull; Establishing a new division for MDE UK expanding our business lines to service the Professional Services market locally and in our existing markets bull; Driving sales activity to ensure all team targets are met bull; Developing sales consultants to become high performers and identify and develop future team leaders bull; Monitoring team rsquo;s activity daily to ensure sales targets are hit bull; Deep diving into recruitment consultant rsquo;s business, call Listening, deskside coaching bull; Conducting and documenting 1-2-1 Appraisals bull; Inducting new employees bull; Mentoring inexperienced staff in MDE recruitment process bull; Guiding and supporting recruiters setting up desks in new verticals bull; Conducting weekly sales meetings, reviewing open vacancy list ensuring; new vacancy information adequately gathered, all roles advertised, min of 3 CV rsquo;s sent to all open roles, adequate resources assigned bull; Maintaining sales forecast tool, and providing input to monthly management report bull; Produce bids, tenders, client pitches and sales brochures to win new business for MSPs and RPOs bull; Providing input for budget forecasts bull; Personal billings on own recruitment desk Requirements: bull; Proven experience in establishing a new division and delivering YOY growth across P L and financial metrics bull; Happy to start-up a new division as a billing manager and establish a new team of recruiters from the ground up bull; Strong negotiation skills and a track record of outstanding results. bull; 5 years+ experience in recruitment bull; Solid track record of achieving sales targets bull; Demonstratable success in wining and growing new accounts bull; Demonstratable success mentoring and coaching less experienced consultants Location: Our office is water front and located in the vibrant city of Bristol, known for its rich culture, beautiful landscapes, and excellent quality of life.
