Software Engineer Worcestershire (Hybrid and Flexible working) Permanent, full time Up to GBP55k Visa Sponsorship is not available for this role I rsquo;m not a morning person. I hate getting up in the mornings, I just can rsquo;t get out of bed and I always find my motivation at about 4pm just as my work day is winding down this is a pain for any 9-5 job. Sometimes I have my best ideas when I rsquo;m wide awake at 3:00am in the morning, it would be great if I could work when I want to. What? You mean I can work when I want to? How? Well by applying for this role! I rsquo;m looking for a software engineer who, like me, struggles to find the motivation to get out of bed in the morning and who does their best work outside of the usual 9-5, wanting to find a role with some flexibility to support that. About you You rsquo;ll be a solid, mid-level coder with a range of web development skills and some commercial experience, probably in developing internal business systems and associated services and you rsquo;ve probably integrated applications with 3rd party APIs and/or developed your own. You rsquo;ll probably have ambitions to find opportunities to progress to senior, study in AI or in other areas of your interest with a keenness to keep developing your skillset. About the environment No two days are the same, as there are always opportunities to work on a variety of projects and always new things to learn, sometimes working on the front end, most of the time working on the back end, speccing new projects, implementing new ideas and incorporating new concepts. Most of the team will be in 2 days a week and have a relaxed, friendly atmosphere with a focus on continuous learning. There are opportunities to get started on some big, brand new projects about to kick off ndash; the perfect time to join! What you rsquo;ll need Some solid coding experience on a variety of web development and web application development (ideally with business systems) in a .Net environment, so any experience in C# ASP.Net MVC will be ideal, but if you have any experience in developing web based business systems in C# I rsquo;d be interested to speak to you.
