The roles available are to manage desks within renewables, water and field installation and would suit a junior recruiter looking for a huge opportunity to develop further. Job Description Reporting to one of the Senior Managers this will be a key position with the real potential for growth within the business. Day to day the successful candidate will be expected to be: Maintain relationships with existing clients, as well as conducting business development calls to win new business Build and grow a client portfolio to understand relationships and pitch for business Attend client meetings to further build relationships and pitch for business Provide consultative information to clients to ensure they are using the best strategies for finding the right candidates for their business Negotiating charge rates with clients Networking to become an expert in your market Interview candidates to understand their requirements and best client fit Supporting both client and candidates through the interview and offer stage Providing a thorough aftercare service to both client and candidate to check everything is running smoothly, and identify further business opportunities Work as an integral member of the team, motivating one another and communicating effectively Key Skills Experience Required At least 2 years demonstrated 360 recruitment experience Up to date knowledge of employment documentation, including P45s and employment contracts Capable of building a great rapport Keen to maximise your potential and develop rewarding career High levels of resilience and self-motivation Proven track record of success Package Basic Salary up to GBP33k + Commission Realistic OTE Year 1 of GBP49,500 - GBP51,500 + Year 2 Realistic OTE GBP58k + An attractive package is available for the right candidate including an industry leading minimum basic salary and an attractive commission structure designed to reward high achievers and attract the best candidates to the business.
