Electrical maintenance manager

Salary: Circa GBP65,000 pa Location: Port Talbot Hours: Day work but part of a call rota. Job Type: Permanent Benefits: Pension and life assurance package as standard plus other benefits Industry: Process Plant - Gases A world-leading industrial gases and engineering company require an Electrical Maintenance Manager at their top tier COMAH site in Port Talbot. The successful candidate will be a qualified high voltage electrical person ideally with process plant experience. The Role: You will be responsible for the isolation of electrical equipment for maintenance purposes, testing and restarting equipment once maintained. Duties: * You will be responsible for the isolation of electrical equipment for maintenance purposes, testing and restarting equipment once maintained * Ensuring all mandatory work is properly scheduled, planned for and carried out on time * Resolving plant problems by rectifying defects and identifying opportunities that will enhance plant reliability * Supporting the continued operation of the Branch and satellites by ensuring all electrical systems associated with plant machinery, equipment and process systems are maintained in an efficient manner, whilst ensuring that company operational standards and statutory requirements are met * Be responsible for the completion of all routine and breakdown electrical maintenance of plant and machinery within the main branch * You will be able to provide an immediate response to production personnel on fault diagnosis and correction across all electrical equipment at time of plant outage or equipment mal-function This challenging role will give you the opportunity to operate at a top tier COMAH site with a diverse range of plant and equipment.
