As a Deputy Home Manager, your responsibilities will include: Ensuring the level of clinical care surpasses professional standards and legal requirements. 11 Supernumerary hours Providing specialist nursing care and advice. Taking on the role of Home Manager in their absence. Supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver mindful care.
