Business development manager

Our client is on a mission to deliver a turn-key, property management furnishing solution, through a blend of design, volume installation and replenishment. Core Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities and arrange meetings to discuss products and services, with residential property professionals, across the UK. Plan and prepare presentations that showcase service offering, across all channels. Contribute ideas for the development of marketing material and sales strategy. Pipeline and opportunity reporting on a weekly basis. Maintain accurate records of all opportunities, sales, revenue, invoices. Represent company at networking events, trade exhibitions and conferences. Liaise with Operations regarding the delivery of replenishment, projects and design. Act as first point of contact for company clientele. Conduct research to identify market trends and customer requirements. Conduct on-site project management and installation supervision as necessary. Provide quality after-sales support and continuous high levels of customer service. Manage and maintain contractual arrangements with sub-contractors and / or clients. Attending pre-site meetings, agree and sign off T Cs of service delivery. Arrange and attend de-brief meetings for residential projects. Identify any recruitment and / or training needs within the Sales department. Ensuring project updates are recorded in a timely manner. Ensure all new leads are recorded on Salesforce CRM and contacts updated.
