PROPERTY CASE HANDLER / CLIENT SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR * GBP25,000 + BONUS OF UP TO GBP5,200 * BRACKNELL * PERMANENT *** Our Client is happy to train people who don #39;t necessarily come from the property industry but can demonstrate a reasonably good academic background, some commercial experience and are committed to working hard/learning in a fast paced environment*** Our client based in Bracknell are going through an exciting period of growth which has resulted in a new vacancy within their Case Handling teams. The company are an Asset Management business, who provide an outsourced service to lenders when it comes to selling property. This team support businesses throughout the selling process of their property by acting on their behalf and ensuring they achieve the best possible outcome. Key responsibilities for the Case Handler are: * Identifying the most appropriate Estate Agents to market each individual asset through analysing performance based on specification and location. * Entering property specifications on to the system. * Interacting with clients and vendors, chasing appraisals and assessing the content for accuracy * Identifying and resolving discrepancies in asset details and/or valuations * Managing any incoming enquiries related to asset appraisals and valuations * Analysing local market conditions through liaison with vendors * Researching and comparing recent sales of similar assets through internal data and other management information tools * Assessing value of all assets and recommending the most effective marketing strategy to their clients * Keeping in touch with local suppliers to stay up-to-date with current market trends which might inform asset values and sales strategies Benefits of working for the company: * A bonus of up to GBP5,200 per year * 23 days holiday + bank holidays + Xmas Eve and your birthday off * Free parking * Subsidized gym membership * Cycle to work scheme * Healthcare Cash Plan * Health Screening * Life Assurance * Discounts on Property services In line with GDPR regulations, we are making you aware that to proceed with your application we will need to contact you via email, telephone and/or text message.
