FINTEC recruit is seeking a skilled MIG/TIG Welder for a precision engineering manufacturing business based in Buckingham. This is a permanent role. Hourly rate negotiable depending on experience, regular overtime available plus benefits ndash; 33 days holidays, healthcare cover, pension, insurances and Flexible working practices. Experience with fine limit sheet metalwork required, training given on company specifications and standards. Hourly rate up to circa GBP19.50 negotiable by experience Responsibilities: Working as part of a welding team with fine limit sheet metalwork Production of components in a range of materials, thicknesses batch sizes Involved in the manufacture from formed blank through to completion, including fettling and grinding in preparation for final paint process, Skills and experience required for MIG/TIG Welder role: Able to read engineering drawings. MIG and TIG welding certifications Ability to problem solve and work on own initiative/unsupervised.
