Your daily responsibilities will include overseeing operations, nurturing our talented staff, maintaining meticulous records, and fostering strong partnerships with key stakeholders like Commissioning Partners, Police, LSCB, and Ofsted. What We #39;re Looking For: We #39;re seeking individuals who radiate positivity and possess: middot;A minimum Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People). middot;Relevant qualifications or certificates demonstrating your commitment to continuous learning. middot;A minimum of 2 years #39; experience in residential childcare, with a focus on child protection and staff supervision. middot;A valid UK Driving Licence.
