What rsquo;s in it for you! bull; Salary GBP25k per annum bull; Office based initially, moving to hybrid working after full training bull; 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (plus Christmas Shut down off) bull; Shut down over Christmas, Company Pension scheme, Annual staff events, Free Parking Why we rsquo;d work there! bull; This role is ideal for someone who loves working with data, with great attention to detail, who can work with spreadsheets. bull; Excellent Business Culture bull; Lots of potential with this role for progression and development bull; Great business leadership What you rsquo;ll do bull; Ensure data entry and validation services are delivered to customers in line with agreed KPIs and all associated ISO processes. bull; Validate invoices as per the ISO process and within the 48hr KPI. bull; Maintain database by entering new and updated customer and account information. bull; Open and distribute post. bull; Make use of data reports and functionality in Excel, such as lookups, formulae, and pivots. bull; Maintain accurate records and audit trails of customer/supplier activity through all software. bull; Send lsquo;failed rsquo; invoices to the account manager for querying with suppliers. bull; Process missing invoice reports to ensure all supplies are being billed. bull; Request missing invoices from suppliers and highlight anomalies to the energy account manager. bull; Inbox monitoring and task delegation. bull; Process client utility meter reads. bull; Work through the Utility Click training program modules to have a full understanding of the software platform. bull; General administrative support for the energy account manager bull; Answer phone calls Experience you need bull; Previous experience from a data entry/data analytics or finance/bookkeeping role would be a massive advantage bull; Excellent Excel/IT skills and ability to work with large amounts of data. bull; Proven ability to think laterally to create value and solve problems. bull; Ability to reconcile invoices, billing data, payments and statements bull; Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment. bull; Adaptable, positive and customer-focused with a can do approach.
