Quantity surveyor

Quantity Surveyor Alecto Recruitment is currently recruiting for a quantity surveyor to work for our client who is a UK leading multi utility services provider. A specialist business working across utility connections, high voltage, low voltage installation solutions and asset maintenance. The Role: Commercial reporting including forecasting and wider project performance Work alongside operational team to produce accurate end life forecasts Manage client interface Risk management including change control and WIP Management Contract Administration As the Quantity Surveyor you are required to control the commercial functions within the business. Requirements: Ideally be a qualified Quantity Surveyor at Degree level or HNC Experience working within construction areas Any experience working within Civil Engineering or Utilities is an advantage but is not essential to the position Experience with scheme finance and commercial management is essential Excellent customer service skills Strong team player Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP55,000 Car Allowance 25 Days Holiday Hybrid Working Contributory Pension
