An exciting CNC Turner position has become available in New Malden at a precision engineering company. Job Title: CNC Turner Programmer Setter Operator Shift: Day Shift Rate: Up to GBP19 p/h depending on experience The Job: * As a CNC Programmer Setter Operator your role involves the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC machines. * Your expertise in machine setup, and precision machining will ensure the production of high-quality parts that meet strict industry standards and specifications. * Required to program, set operate a Doosan Puma 2600 single turret lathe with C Y Axis The ideal candidate: * Extensive CNC turning experience (min 5 Years) * Ability to write and prove programs. * A good all round knowledge of machining various materials. * Ability to work unsupervised, and as part of a team. * Experience of working with small batch sizes; such as 1-10 offs. * Able understand engineering drawings. * Able to work to a high level of precision with tight tolerances and time schedules.
