Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for all purchase ledger related tasks Client Details Our client is a leading player in the Manufacturing and Production sector. Description The Accounts Payable Assistant will be responsible for: Efficiently manage accounts payable transactions. Matching, batching, and coding high volumes of purchase invoices Statement reconciliations Preparing payment runs Query resolution Managing petty cash Processing expensesProfile The successful Accounts Payable Assistant should have: A proven track record within a similar role AAT L2 or above (desirable) Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to resolve invoice queries. A proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Job Offer An annual salary in the region of GBP25,000 - GBP27,000 A friendly and supportive company culture.
