Ashley Kate are pleased to be partnering with a fantastic client on a HR Advisor role for their site in Wrexham. Reporting on a day to day basis to Head of HR you will be the HR lead so you must be an experienced HR Generalist and comfortable with operating within a small HR Team and covering the full employee life cycle along with transactional duties. Working on site Monday to Friday you will be involved in a wider range of activities from managing Disciplinary Grievances through to coaching managers and promoting opportunities through employee engagement. There will be lots of opportunity to get involved with different projects here, as well as, the full recruitment aspect and also supporting the Head of HR. If you are a driven HR professional with a can do attitude, positive nature and looking for progression in the future, then this would be a great role and business to be part of. You will be on site Monday to Friday, finishing at 1:30pm on a Friday!
