Administrator

Administrator required for supply company based near Cam, GL11, paying GBP11.50 ph. This role is initially temporary but will lead to permanent for the right candidate. You will be working alongside two other members of staff in the office and up to 12 people out on site. Your role will be to ensure that our clients business continues to offer a high level of customer service and maintains its reputation as a leader within their field. The other two ladies that are based in the office are down to earth and welcoming and are looking for someone that is prepared to muck in and help out whether that be answering the phone or giving the office the once over. The role will involve but is not limited to the following duties: - initial point of contact for all telephone calls coming in to the office - completing manual order forms - keeping the filing systems up to date - scheduling deliveries - maintaining spreadsheets Our client is prepared to train someone up but you will need to have a good telephone manner and basic IT skills as a minimum. This role will also suit someone that doesn #39;t need time off during May to September as this is when our client is at their busiest and time off is restricted during this period.
