Duties and Responsibilities: Provide engineering design support. Produce design deliverables (including drawings, specifications and reports), site surveys, construction stage duties, management, costing and ensure progress against the project brief. Collaborating closely with multi-disciplinary members of the design team and delivering safe, efficient and buildable solutions. Site survey work required for pricing design and commissioning management projects. Monthly reporting on financial positions, progress, and key issues moving forward. Qualification and Experience: Design of Mechanical Building Services systems. Design, technical detailing, and specification writing experience. Membership of Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE), or working towards Chartered Member status.
