Multi skilled operator

Red Recruitment is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Operator to join our client who offers CCTV and Alarm Services to other businesses. The ideal candidate will be reviewing CCTV and alerting the relevant person/team of any suspicious activity (this person may be external to the business). As well as this you will be monitoring all alarm systems for clients and ensuring any that have gone off are dealt with and the issue has been resolved. This role is nights only and has a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern. The salary for this position is GBP24,984 per annum. To be a successful candidate for this role, please note the client will conduct credit checks and background referencing (for the past 5 years). Benefits and Package for a Multi-Skilled Operator: Salary: GBP24,984 per annum Hours: Night shift only, 7pm - 7am 4 days on, 4 days off (42 hours per week) Contract Type: Permanent Location: Whitchurch, Bristol Located near The Imperial Retail Park Matching pension contributions 4* life assurance Generous holiday allowance Free onsite parking Small and friendly teamKey Responsibilities of a Multi-Skilled Operator: Reviewing CCTV from clients (showrooms, building merchants sites etc), ensuring no suspicious activity has taken place Alerting the relevant individuals of any suspicious activity, this may be making telephone calls to various departments (within and outside the business), this can include the police, a client and/or the management team Overseeing the alarm systems for clients and taking the appropriate action when the alarms have gone off, this can range from intruder alarms to fire alarms Logging the suspicious activity clearly and professionally at all times, especially as each suspicious activity can vary in terms of severity Ensuring all data received is processed in accordance with the requirements of the industry standardKey Skills and Experience of a Multi-Skilled Operator: Having a CCTV Security License is preferred but if not, the client will fund this for you You should be tech-savvy and enjoy using various systems at one time Having a professional manner as you will be talking to various individuals, within and outside of the business Be comfortable with inputting data accurately Ability to manage internal and external relationships Self-motivated, hard-working and dedicated are all required skills Due to the shift patterns, having a valid UK driving license is required, if not reasonable transport access is acceptedIf you are interested in this position and have the relevant experience required, please apply now!
