My client are a well-established M E contractor based in Partridge Green, and they are seeking a talented Electrical Project Manager to oversee their electrical projects. Responsibilities: * Manage all aspects of electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. * Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. * Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones. * Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness. * Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. * Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Requirements: * Previous experience in electrical project management within the construction industry. * Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations. * Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. * Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively. * Proficiency in project management software (experience with Primavera P6 or similar software is a plus). * Relevant technical qualifications or certifications preferred.
