Associate packaging operator

World leading manufacturing organisation based in Barry are looking to recruit an associate packaging operator to work on a shift pattern which includes a mixture of days and nights, 12 hour shifts on 5 week shift cycle basis. The role includes safely packaging and loading materials produced within the Polymers department including: Packaging of drums and IBCs Loading trailers with containers Liaising with other operators to maximise output Ensure safety and quality standards are met Off-loading incoming packaging Completing SAP computer transactionsApplicants would ideally have a valid FLT license and experience in a similar role although this is not essential as we can offer training. The role does include heavy lifting. Good IT skills are essential. 5-GCSE C Grade or above or equivalent - Preferred to have Maths + English + Science We do reserve the right to close this advert early should we get a high number of applicants or a suitable candidate.
