Provide Education are looking for enthusiastic and engaging HLTA rsquo;s to support in one of our partnership primary school in the Wakefield area to work in EYFS, KS1 and KS2 classes, to start as soon as possible. Responsibilities: * Advanced Classroom Support: Assist the teachers in planning, behaviour management and deliver the lesson when required. * Lead Classes: Lead whole-class sessions or small group lessons in the absence of a teacher. * Student Progress Assessment: Assess student learning and progress and provide feedback to teachers. * General Teaching Assistant Duties: Managing and preparing classroom resources, supervising at break/lunchtimes, supporting children with SEND The successful candidate will: * Have HLTA Status / level 4 qualification * Have high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education or coursework related to education is a plus. * Have strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with both pupils and colleagues * Be able to adapt quickly ndash; this is essential as you will be required to cover classes from EYFS up to KS2. * Be committed and motivated to helping students.
