About the role Working as part of a dedicated and committed team you will hellip; To manage, motivate and support the Finance Assistants dealing with Cash, Banking Rent Accounting, covering all daily banking transactions and rent account maintenance. To manage the team delivery of the daily processing of the Association #39;s bank accounts transactions (including any other payment types) into the financial ledgers by the team in an accurate and timely manner. To manage the team delivery of any Housing Benefit and other third party receipt schedules to the correct rent accounts in QLX promptly and accurately. Responsibility for downloading the monthly NatWest purchasing card monthly transactions in a timely fashion and upload into the Exchequer finance system. To ensure the smooth and timely operation of operational workflows. Who we are looking for To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate hellip; Sound knowledge of financial procedures and internal financial controls. Intermediate Excel and Word skills Ability to work under pressure and adhere to timetables Experience of working in a high-volume transaction environment with management responsibilities. AAT qualification / part qualified accountant FCA,ACCA, CIMA is desirable.
