Senior Sales Negotiator - Farnham Salary: Basic GBP30K OTE GBP40K An opening has arisen for a Senior Sales Negotiator at our clients independent firm of Estate Agents in Farnham. Viewed as a market leader who excel in customer service, the branch has seen significant growth over the last few years and, as a direct result, require a Senior Negotiator to join the team. Qualifications: Minimum two years experience in the industry. Residency in the local area. Proficiency in computer operations, including MS Office and estate agency software systems. Ownership of a car. Professional, articulate, with keen attention to detail. Responsibilities: Registering and attending to applicant needs. Conducting and executing sales valuations. Scheduling and conducting property viewings. Negotiating sales among involved parties. Liaising with third parties. Handling administrative tasks. Drafting property details. Supporting day-to-day operations of the team. Work Schedule: Full-time, five-day week including Saturdays.
