Operations manager homeless prevention

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the Homeless Prevention and Housing Allocation teams within a Local Authority. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - To ensure policies are followed, manage performance within departments, and lead on housing functions - Develop policies and procedures to ensure the frontline services are delivered effectively and efficiently - Manage the housing allocations service to ensure reduced waiting times for accommodation, and improved service delivery - Budget management - Build and maintain relationships with internal departments as well as external services such as estate agents and accommodation providers Candidate requirements: - Experience of managing a team that completes assessments and interviews with customers in need of housing - An understanding of working within a homeless service from an operational role If you are interested in finding more information out about this role, please do not hesitate to get in contact with Emily at Critical Project Resourcing ((url removed))
