About You: Your number one passion is Cruise; you live and breathe all things Cruise. You rsquo;re excited to share your vast, broad Cruise knowledge with others; to educate, to guide, to advise and to coach others to be Cruise masters just like yourself. You rsquo;ll be an experienced Cruise sales person, not with just one product but across a range of brands/operators. We work with a multitude of Cruise suppliers so we need to replicate that with the person we hire, having the ability to represent all our suppliers, the USPs, the similarities and the differences; ultimately helping our homeworkers identify sell the perfect cruise for their customer, delighting them with their Cruise experience. You rsquo;ll be experienced in generating Cruise leads and converting into sales; you rsquo;ll be able to teach others in the ways that work, and maintain a creative list of new ways of working to continually develop and grow the Cruise part of their business. You rsquo;ll need to establish and maintain long standing relationships with our homeworkers, trade partners, suppliers and internally. Experience you need to succeed in this role: + Experience in working across the Cruise industry selling a variety of cruise products to customers, across multiple brands/operators + Expertise demonstrated in engaging and training others to sell cruise products for example travel agents + Experience of working with homeworkers would be ideal + Passionate able to build long standing relationships with TCs and colleagues; able to listen and turn ideas into plans + Achieve results through others, who do not directly report into you and are independent business owners, in charge of their own destiny + Confident effective in training individuals and groups + Full UK drivers rsquo; licence + Ability to be successful in an agile environment, to be flexible in style and approach; to pivot easily when required. + To live, breathe and demonstrate our values: Do the Right Thing; Success Driven; + Honesty, Trust Mutual Respect; Loyalty Appreciation, Enjoy the Journey. + To do it all with the biggest smile and positive approach!
