We #39;re thrilled to partner with a leading training GP practice in search of a dedicated Salaried GP. With a patient base of approximately 28,000 over 3 purpose built medical centres. Position Details: * Job Title: Salaried GP. * Sessions: 6-8 sessions per week depending on your preferences. * Location: Worthing (West Sussex) * Salary: Up to GBP11,500 per session depending on experience. * Practice Overview: The surgery has GPs working alongside a multidisciplinary team including ANPs, Pharmacists, Specialist Practice Nurses, as well as Paramedics. All are supported by a large administrative and management team. They use System one and surgery connect phone system. About You: * Qualified GP with full GMC Registration and CCT Certificate * Currently on NHS England performer #39;s list. * Experience in Primary care settings, Continued Professional Development, General understanding of the GMS system. Experience of Medical management desirable. * Excellent communication skills, effective time management, polite, forward thinker, problem solver, high levels of integrity and loyalty, with the ability to work autonomously and as a team member. Key Duties: * Undertake a variety of duties including telephone and face to face surgery consultations. * Deliver high effective medical care to the entitled Population * Full Triage system ensuring that GP rsquo;s see only patients they needs to. * The delivery of highly effective medical care to the entitled population * The provision of services commensurate with the GMS contract * Generic prescribing adhering to local and national guidance * Effective management of long-term conditions * Processing of administration in a timely manner, including referrals, repeat prescription requests and other associated administrative tasks * Maintain accurate clinical records in conjunction with good practice, policy and guidance We are an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
