An exciting opportunity has arisen for a diligent and organised individual to join our client rsquo;s Fundraising and Communications team as a Fundraising Administrator. Within this team you will play a pivotal role in the efficient functioning of our client rsquo;s department. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact their mission. Our client offers a very supportive team, opportunities for professional growth, and the chance to be part of meaningful projects. You will be paid a salary of between GBP20,611 - GBP21,780 in return for a 37.5 hour week Monday to Friday, based onsite near Solihull. You must have a full driving license to apply for this position. Some of the great benefits you rsquo;ll receive: * Uniform provided * Health and wellbeing scheme * Pension As the Fundraising Administrator, some of you key responsibilities will be: * Answering phone calls and providing assistance to callers with queries. * Sending out information packs in response to fundraising enquiries. * Managing incoming emails and maintaining accurate logs in the department database. * Handling and processing incoming post efficiently. Processing online shop orders and ensuring timely delivery. * Managing office supplies, equipment, and maintaining an organised stockroom. * Updating and maintaining department calendars and scheduling meetings. * Depositing monies at the bank and adhering to finance procedures. * Arranging cash floats for events while following finance protocols. * Keeping fundraising resources stocked and updated in reception areas. * Providing support with mailings, printing, and laminating. * Managing room hire bookings and associated administration tasks. * Assisting with preparation for fundraising events and other projects. For this Fundraising Administrator role, we would love to hear from candidates with: * Previous experience in administration or office management. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in database management and Microsoft Office suite. * Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. * Understanding of finance procedures and protocols is desirable. * Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude If you are passionate about making a difference and possess the skills and experience required for this role, we would love to hear from you.
