Multi skilled maintenance engineer electrical bias

Salary: GBP47,380 Location: Sheffield Hours: 4 on 4 off days and nights A few of the many benefits: Well established, financially stable company Westfield healthcare Cycle to work 6x life assurance Staff discount Employer pension contribution up to 7.5% Secure and free car parking Duties of this position: Being proactive within the job focussing on preventative maintenance as well as reactive maintenance of the infrastructure and Mechanical Control Systems Working with PLC rsquo;s on a daily basis Attending to breakdowns from a mechanical and electrical perspective Planned preventative maintenance will be a daily task as one of the core values of the company Working within a team environment so must be a team player, but also work from own initiative when needed Ensure always adhering to health and safety procedures Working to a continuous improvement plan to make yourself and the business the best they can be at all times Desired experience: You must have at least Level 3 or above in Electrical Engineering (City and Guilds ndash; Apprentice trained) It would be advantageous for you to have HNC and HND qualifications but not essential Ideally have 3 years experience within in a multi-skilled maintenance position recently Must be happy working shift pattern Ideally have experience of working in an FMCG/ fast paced environment previously Must ideally have 17th/ 18th edition to be considered for this role Must have experience with PLC rsquo;s ndash; programming is desirable but essential Must have worked within a manufacturing maintenance background previously Must have the good work ethic, this company are looking for people who live to achieve For further details please contact Beth Roberts at Elevation.
