Key Responsibilities: Deliver stimulating and informative English lessons to KS3 and KS4 students. Plan, assess, and revise curriculum and lesson plans to meet the educational needs of students. Uphold classroom discipline and foster an environment conducive to learning and mutual respect. Participate actively in departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school improvement initiatives.
