Screening candidates to assess their suitability * Maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, understanding their unique SEN staffing needs * Utilise excellent communication skills to network, negotiate, and nurture professional relationships through business development calls * Identify and attract top talent within the SEN sector, ensuring the right match for both candidates and schools * Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing recruitment landscape. * Apply strategic thinking to meet and exceed personal and team targets, contributing to the overall success of the agency. Skills Experience Sought: * Proven experience in recruitment or a sales-driven role, with a track record of fostering client relationships and expanding client base * Preferably having experience in a 360 recruitment role, managing end-to-end recruitment processes * Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. * A passion for the education sector, particularly SEN, with a commitment to making a positive impact * A collaborative team player with the initiative to work independently when required. * A commitment to professional development and staying abreast of industry trends.
