Maintenance contracts manager

Contek Recruitment are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Contracts Manager to join our client based in Leicester. We are looking to recruit a proactive, hands-on maintenance Contracts Manager. Someone able to manage reactive repairs Planned work in the retail and commercial sectors. Role overview: middot; Responsibility for Managing overseeing Planned Maintenance works from quotation to completion. middot; To ensure Jobs are delivered on time and within budget along with ensuring site safety and quality is maintained. bull; Dealing with customer enquiries and concerns promptly. bull; Meet clients, assess work, and produce quotations /estimates and deliver within budget. Also, to provide an advisory service and to develop effective relationships with client representatives. bull; Be responsible for the management recruitment of all labour resources, including Managing sub-contractors and specialist trades, to ensure completion on time and within budget. bull; Manage all health and safety on site to include toolbox talks, undertaking regular site safety inspections and post inspections. bull; Help market the services of company to generate more work income, Assist in the planning the future growth of the company, alongside Managers Directors. bull; To help to develop, monitor and manage programmes of work to ensure successful delivery of projects to timescales and to develop future programmes of work. bull; Work closely with the Contract Support Team to ensure required information is collated and added to the system. In addition, the following skills and qualifications are either required or desirable: bull; Ideally trade background. bull; Have a strong focus on customer service and customer satisfaction. bull; Quoting/ estimating experience required. bull; Experience of working in reactive maintenance bull; Solid background in building maintenance. bull; Excellent communication skills and able to communicate across all levels. bull; Ability to work within a pressurised environment, including multi-tasking, problem solving and working independently. bull; Experience using Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software. bull; Demonstrable experience of using a range of IT packages to communicate with all parties to contract. Our Client is offering; * Permanent, full-time contract * Salary: 40k to 45k dependant on experience * Hours: Mon-Fri, 08:00am-17:00pm * Holidays: 22 days per annum, plus 8 Bank Holidays, increases with service to a Max 25 * Benefits: Company Vehicle + fuel card
