A great opportunity has been created for a talented Health, Safety Environmental Advisor to join our HSE team at our Nottingham bakery. The Role: * To effectively coordinate Health, Safety Environmental activities for the site ensuring that all agreed targets and activities are achieved in a timely manner. * You will be responsible for undertaking and advising upon Health, Safety and Environment activities on site. * Deputise for the Health, Safety and Environment Manager Essential * NEBOSH level 3 General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health * 3 years experience implementing Health, Safety and Environment in a manufacturing environment at an advisor/officer level * Strong working knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment legislation and systems Desirable * NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ5/6 Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health * 5+ years experience implementing Health, Safety and Environment in a food manufacturing environment at an advisor/officer level or above * Excellent working knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment legislation and systems * IEMA certificate in Environmental Management Why work for us and our benefits: At Hovis, we understand the importance of looking after our colleagues, so we provide a variety of benefits in addition to their salaries.
