We are on the hunt for an experienced Permanent Recruitment Branch Manager to join us in our London office! Permanent Recruitment Branch Manager Address: 150 Minories, London EC3N 1LS Salary: GBP53,000 - GBP73,000 + uncapped commission bonuses This is full time, permanent role, you rsquo;ll be working Monday ndash; Friday. Please note this role is fully office based. Working Hours: Term time: Monday-Friday 2x 9.5 hours (7:00 - 4:30), 2x 10 hours (7:00 - 5:00) and 1x 10.5 hours (7:00 - 5:30) School holidays: Reduced hours, approx. (phone number removed)pm As a billing Branch Manager, you rsquo;ll be responsible for a team of successful Consultants and Resourcers, with the full support and guidance of senior management. This is a billing role, so you will need to have a successful track record of agency recruitment and ideally have some management experience in education or social care agency recruitment. You will thrive from leading by example and will be responsible for driving this successful branch to its full potential. It is important that you possess the skills to motivate, inspire and develop a team.
