Office Manager (HVAC) Location ndash; Chelmsford Salary - GBP35,000 to GBP45,000 (DOE) Year-end bonus based on company performance and individual KPIs Up Front Recruitment are looking to hire a Small Works Manager for a fast-growing company. A rapidly growing company in the HVAC industry, is seeking a skilled and motivated Small Jobs Manager to join their team. In this key role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of new mechanical and HVAC Small Jobs, from initial estimates to final handover. Role and responsibilities not limtied to: bull; Utilise Joblogic proficiently to ensure smooth jobs management. bull; Ensuring cost efficient procurement of material and other resources for each jobs bull; Maintain regular communication with customers, keeping them informed on progress and exceeding expectations. bull; Providing accurate, cost-effective, and timely quotations for small jobs, ensuring accuracy and profitability. bull; Aiding the team as well as troubleshooting issues and optimising solutions. bull; Manage engineers and subcontractors effectively, fostering a collaborative work environment. bull; Direct responsibility for on-time delivery and budget control of small reactive and small jobs up to a value of 50K. bull; Ensuring company procedures and health and safety legislation are adhered to and implemented by on-site teams. Requirements: bull; A results-oriented individual with a proven track record in a mechanical industry. bull; Prioritise effectively. bull;Highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. bull; Dedicated to professional growth and job satisfaction. bull; Available to Work full time from our office outside Chelmsford.
