Quantity surveyor opportunities

Permanent ndash; Full Time ndash; 40 hours per weeks Here at Lovell, we are looking for two Quantity Surveyors to join us and work on schemes throughout the Midlands Region. As our Quantity Surveyor, you will provide valuable support to the Commercial team throughout the region on both new build and refurbishment projects of varying values. Duties will include the day to day financial and cost control and reporting of one or more developments from the award up to and including completion of client and sub-contract final accounts, recovery / discharge of all retentions. Previous experience of quantity surveying is essential, ideally within the housing sector. Applicants should have a Construction / QS degree or equivalent qualification.
