Customer service coordinator

Permanent ndash; Full Time ndash; 39 hours per week We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in our Cardiff office. This is a fantastic role for anyone who is keen to progress within the housing industry! Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you #39;ll manage and deliver the administration process relevant to post contract/handover services to purchasers for the completion of defects and release of retentions as appropriate. We #39;d like our Customer Service Coordinator to have a strong customer focus and proven experience in a similar role. With exceptional written and verbal communication skills, you #39;ll have excellent time management skills and a keen eye for detail. You #39;ll be highly motivated, have good problem-solving skills and be fully competent in Microsoft Office. Experience of the housing industry is preferred but by no means essential!
