Hvac commissioning engineer

NRL are recruiting an HVAC Commissioning Engineer for a significant Engineering-Procurement-Construction project - the new build EV Gigafactory. This project entails the development of groundbreaking production lines on a large scale, surpassing previous limitations. The role will also invovle regular travel within Europe Responsibilities: Prepare detail commissioning plans and procedure of his/hers area of assigned responsiblities Systemises project commodities, processes and identifies system boundaries for each. Updates drawings, systemisation, check sheets as changes are updated through revisions, tag changes, RFI rsquo;s Requests closure of punch items from Construction, 3rd Party Contractor Assures all punch listed items are completed and closed out Assures handover documentation to Manufacturing / Operations / Facilities Monitors construction activities in preparation to executing commissioning activities. Coordinates with appointed 3rd party contractors upcoming walk downs and completion of punch items prior to scheduled walk downs. Coordinates handover walk downs between all stakeholders Verify with QA team the quality of contractors pre-commissioning activities. Support design reviews in their discipline Performs engineering design review of HVAC dry systems for high technology facilities including cleanrooms, general manufacturing/process facilities and institutional facilities Collect, coordinate and structure the Clean and Dry Room design requirements from the factory users, amongst all teams and engineering disciplines.
